DickDunn - Tom Oliver up in Herefordshire makes wonderful cider and is also a master of the black art of making perry.  In the strange turns of the commercial world, we can buy some of Tom's cider and perry here in the US.

Tanya - I do rate Tom Oliver's products very highly, I'd always be happy to have a drop of his cider or perry and would certainly make a beeline for it at any festival bar.

DianeDunn - It was like a revelation to me to taste it. I had not had a real perry before that day.  I learned that my taste buds come alive with the sugars in a Dry Perry.

  • Ralph’s Dry Perry

MarkShirley - Favourite Welsh cider is in fact a perry! The Ralph's Dry Perry I had at the 2008 Three Counties Show was as close to perfect as makes no difference.  Best sampled at Ralph's own Cider House I guess.
