Putley Cider and Perry Trials 2009

Who: Craft cider and perry makers.
The event took place with 56 entrants submitting 154 entries.
It was generally agreed that this year's entry was very strong and the voting in a number of the classes was very close.
Congratulations to Ross on Wye Cider and Perry Company for their acheivement of Cider Champion - just pipping Gabe Cook on points! Once again James Marsden wins the Perry Champion award (but look out James, the competition is getting closer!) and finally newcomer, Andrew Dean was clear winner in the Novice Cider class. Well done to everyone - we had a very enjoyable day.
